Felipe Aldea is the founder and principal of Ultra Shine Group, a full service janitorial and commercial cleaning business. Felipe believes a crucial part of success is a meticulously selected team, colleagues who are working towards a common goal. Together with his wife Nadia, they created the Sinatra Aldea Foundation which has raised and donated over $790,000 to many causes including building a brand-new public school playground. Felipe and Nadia are raising their three children, imparting on them the importance of pursuing your passions and giving back. Felipe believes his family, friends, and colleagues are the most significant achievements in his life.g
