Genevieve Bich

Geneviève Bich, CHRA and LLB, is Vice President, Human Resources at METRO INC., a leader in the food and pharmacy industry in Canada, where she leads the human resources, public affairs and communications, corporate responsibility and security teams.

Prior to joining METRO, Geneviève held similar positions at Aimia Inc., Groupe Dynamite and Bell. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Hydro-Québec, the Chair of the Board’s Human Resources Committee and a member of the Governance and Customer Service Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Sodexo. S.A., a worldwide leader in food services and facilities management, the Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee. She actively supports several community organizations in Montreal. Geneviève holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology from McGill University and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Université de Montréal. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.
