Jennie Link

Jennie Link is one of the architects of Carpedia’s award-winning culture. As Managing Director, she leads the people side of the business, drawing on more than two decades with the firm to recruit, develop, and support the exceptional people who have become its defining strength. She oversees talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and many of the systems that support the organization, while also serving as one of its most trusted advisors on organizational development.

Jennie combines judgment with a genuine understanding of people to help shape leaders and strengthen the organization. Her influence can be seen throughout every stage of the employee experience—from identifying future consultants and developing emerging leaders, to shaping the traditions and experiences that have become the hallmarks of life at Carpedia.

A graduate of the University of Guelph and the Rotman School of Management’s Advanced Program in Human Resources, Jennie believes exceptional organizations are built when talented people are challenged to do meaningful work in an environment where they genuinely care about one another. For many at Carpedia, she is not only the person who helped them build a career, but the person who helped make the firm feel like home.
