Maura Dyer is a People and Culture executive and certified coach with more than 20 years of progressive experience across the end-to-end employee lifecycle in diverse industries. She is a multi-disciplined HR leader and trusted brand ambassador, known for integrating effective talent strategies, building high-performing teams, and shaping cultures that enable business performance.

Maura is currently the Chief People Officer at Neighbourly Pharmacy, where she oversees the enterprise-wide human resources agenda for more than 4,000 executive, corporate, and frontline employees. In this role, she leads initiatives spanning recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, Total Rewards, and HR operations in support of Neighbourly’s purpose and growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Neighbourly, Maura held senior leadership roles with well-respected Canadian healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services organizations, including Extendicare Inc. and Rogers Communications, where she was accountable for designing and executing strategies in talent management, employee development, and HR service delivery.

Maura is the Chair of the Human Resources Degree Program Advisory Committee at Humber College and serves as Vice Chair and Head of the HR Committee at Family Day Care Services.

Maura and her husband have two teenage daughters. As a family, they can often be found at their daughters’ competitive sports events or travelling together.
