Razia Nasruddin

Razia Nasruddin is the Director of Employee Experience, Culture, and Talent Solutions at SE Health, bringing over 18 years of HR leadership experience. Her extensive background encompasses talent management, data-informed talent program design and delivery, and DEIA initiatives. Previously, Razia held various senior roles at Danaher Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in talent optimization, workforce efficiency, and change-related activities that supported growth and transformation. Razia’s impressive educational credentials include an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

As the Director of Employee Experience (EX) and Talent Solutions, Razia focuses on creating and managing programs that foster an environment of psychological safety and accountability leading to a high-performing culture. She oversees the people (HR) data and intelligence analysis function, utilizing insights to drive people-centric business outcomes. Outside of work, Razia enjoys trekking, swimming, and skating with her son and husband.
