Stella Fong

Stella Fong is the Vice President of People and Culture at Flipp. For the last few years, she has been focused on driving talent and cultural transformation and aligning the organization’s people strategies with its business goals.

Before joining Flipp, Stella spent nearly 15 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held many roles across all HR specialties, including Divestitures and Acquisitions.  Her first foray into tech was working at Shopify as the HR leader for the global Growth organization and the office of the President. Throughout her career, Stella has demonstrated a strong commitment to creating inclusive and high-performing workplaces. She holds a reputation as an expert in fostering collaboration, optimizing team structures, and leading change management, all of which are critical in the evolving landscape of global business operations. Stella holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Stella currently lives in Toronto with her husband, son, daughter and their rescue cat Jojo. Together they love to play tennis and travel
