Jean Parchewsky is the Chief People Officer at Vendasta, where she builds the systems and culture that enable a global team of 800+ employees across 12 countries to deliver high-impact work. Since joining Vendasta in 2015, Jean has spearheaded the evolution of a people-first, AI-enabled organization recognized as a Canada’s Top 100 Employer, a Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Culture (2025), and one of the country’s Best Places to Work.

Bringing two decades of experience scaling iconic global brands alongside a background in Psychology, Jean combines operational rigor, empathy, and strategic AI integration to redefine modern leadership.
