Throughout her career, Azmina has led transformative initiatives in recruitment, talent development, organizational design, and employee experience, always with the belief that culture is a critical business driver. At Monos, she designed and implemented the company’s People & Culture function to support sustainable growth and global expansion, partnering directly with the board and executive team.
