Josie Vance

Josie Vance is a seasoned leader and consultant with deep expertise in organizational development, leadership formation, and cultural transformation within post-secondary education and the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Director, Organizational Development & Effectiveness at NorQuest College in Edmonton, Josie works at the intersection of institutional change and human development—helping teams, leaders and the organization align around purpose, culture and strategic priorities. Josie brings a relational, systems-minded approach to team development and organizational health. Her leadership has been marked by a strong emphasis on values-based culture, collaborative planning and fostering adaptive capacity in times of change.

Outside of work, she finds joy and renewal in the outdoors—backpacking in the Rockies, paddleboarding and cross-country skiing.
