Brooke Garcia

Brooke Garcia is the CEO of 4Seasons Transportation, Calgary’s leading provider of accessible student transportation for children living with disabilities. She began her journey in 2010 as a school bus driver and, within a decade, took over the company —growing it from 8 to over 600 employees. 4Seasons specializes in transporting students with a wide range of cognitive and motor disabilities, delivering safe, dignified, and inclusive service to school communities across Calgary and surrounding areas.

A leader in accessible transportation innovation, Brooke Garcia was named one of Avenue Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 and is the recipient of the 2025 School Bus Fleet Trailblazer Award, celebrating her visionary leadership and transformative impact on students with disabilities. In 2025, she also led 4Seasons Transportation to national recognition as a finalist for Canada’s Safest Employer and a recipient of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, further affirming her people-first, purpose-driven approach.

Brooke serves as Chair of the National School Transportation Association’s Awards Committee and frequently shares her expertise at global forums, including the United Nations World Summit on Accessible Tourism. Her leadership is rooted in equity, compassion, and community—ensuring every child has access to education, and every team member is empowered to make a meaningful difference.
