Janine Pajot

Janine Pajot is currently the Vice President- Human Resources for Bayer Canada, a global Life Sciences organization with over 1200 employees in Canada.  In this role, Janine oversees the People and Talent strategies across the organization.

Prior to joining HR, Janine was the Sr. Vice President of Bayer’s Cardiovascular and Women’s Health Division in the Pharmaceutical space.  With experience in Commercial strategy, Marketing, Sales and Communications, Janine brought the business view to the Human Resources function- building a high performing and award-winning team focused on business results.

Janine is an award-winning culture-building executive, passionate about people and a mental health advocate.  She is dedicated to fostering high performing organizations with a lens towards ensuring a culture of inclusion and belonging.
