As CEO of Fresh Tracks Canada, he has led the company through a remarkable post-pandemic resurgence, delivering three consecutive years of record revenue and profit, significantly increasing customer satisfaction, and achieving the highest employee engagement scores in company history.

A former Global Brand Director at Procter & Gamble, Sushant managed a $650 million P&L and spearheaded major digital and brand transformations. His work earned international acclaim, including Cannes, Effie, and Clio awards, and he was instrumental in the creation of the Gillette TREO, recognized as one of TIME Magazine’s Innovations of the Year in 2018. He was also honoured with the Business in Vancouver Forty under 40 Award.
