I’m Sarah Bossuyt, a Manager of Talent and Culture at Treefrog Inc., a dynamic digital transformation agency. I have a graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, a Bachelors of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University and I’m a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

With over 7 years of experience in People and Culture teams, I’m passionate about optimizing the employee experience by leveraging innovative technologies, fostering human connections, and embracing outside-the-box thinking. At Treefrog, I lead all HR initiatives for our remote team of “Frogs”, achieving a 30% increase in employee satisfaction by implementing progressive HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining processes. In this rapidly evolving work landscape, I prioritize human-centric ideas and utilize data-driven insights to push the business and Frogs forward.

In my previous role as an HR Business Partner at DB Schenker, a global logistics provider, I led the onboarding and training efforts for over 400 employees across support functions, the Air and Customs Business Units. I successfully managed employee relations, performance management, and succession planning, collaborating with colleagues worldwide in this matrixed and global organization. I fostered a culture of knowledge exchange, leveraging best practices from different offices to enhance operations in Canada.
