Lorna Clamp, President, Securiguard Services Limited

Lorna Clamp is President of Securiguard Services Limited, where she leads a national workforce of more than 4,000 employees. She joined the organization in 1993 as its receptionist and has spent more than three decades growing alongside it, from 200 security professionals to one of Canada’s most trusted private security companies.

Her experience spans operational delivery, leadership development, and organizational oversight in a large-scale, multi-site environment. One of the few women to lead a major company in the traditionally male-dominated security industry, she has worked across every level of the organization and understands how culture is experienced, shaped, and sustained in practice.

Under her leadership, Securiguard has received Waterstone’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures Award, consecutive Employment Equity Achievement Awards, recognition on Forbes’ list of Canada’s Best Employers, and became the first Canadian security company with a practical understanding of how culture is experienced and sustained over time.
