Noah Warder is a progressive People and Culture executive who believes that while organizational design is the framework of a great company, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and strategic Compensation are the vital ingredients that make it thrive. As a people executive at Accent Inns and Hotel Zed, Noah specializes in breaking away from outdated HR norms to build safe, high-belonging cultures. He thrives on gathering feedback, iterating on what works, and proving that workplaces can have a massive heart while keeping things incredibly fun (rubber ducks included).
