Paul McCullough

Paul McCullough serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at MacKay CEO Forums, where he plays a pivotal role in cultivating high-level partnerships that drive organizational growth.  He is also Chairing a CEO peer group at MacKay CEO Forums in the Vancouver area facilitating CEOs and business leaders.

In addition to his executive role, Paul serves as an Independent Director and Senior Business Advisor, contributing his expertise to the Boards of the Paralympic Foundation of Canada and Ontario-based INNoVa Corp. He also advises the leadership teams of two major enterprises, offering strategic guidance on growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

With a distinguished career spanning the public sector, private enterprise, and academia, Paul is widely recognized for leading transformational change and delivering measurable results. He is a trusted advisor known for his deep financial acumen and ability to navigate complex, regulated environments. His work consistently supports the advancement of strategic priorities, reputation building, leadership talent development and enduring partnerships.

Paul previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) until July 2023, following nearly a decade in senior executive roles at the institution. His corporate experience includes leadership positions in governance and compliance reporting at HSBC, Unilever, and 13 years as a Principal at KPMG. His international experience spans London, Dubai, and Hong Kong.

Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada and holds the designation of Accredited Director, underscoring his commitment to excellence in governance and leadership.
