Teresa Norris-Lue

With over 35 years of industry experience, Teresa’s involvement in benefits, retirement, and wellness programs, as well as consulting, governance, and risk management, enables her to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to her work, ensuring quality client and partner experiences. Joining Cowan in 1989, Teresa has held several leadership roles. She is a passionate leader who fosters a positive, collaborative, engaged team, creating a high-performance culture.

Teresa holds a Business Administration–Marketing diploma from Conestoga College, an Employee Benefits Certificate from Humber College, and her Life License designation. She has also completed a Professional Excellence course in Finance for the Non-Financial Manager through the Schulich School of Business and the Sales Management Program through Queen’s University Executive Education. Teresa is also a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and Waterloo Rotary and volunteers with several community organizations. She has served on the United Way, Junior Achievement and Strong Start boards.
