Carolyn McCormack, APR, CPHR

Carolyn McCormack is a seasoned bilingual business leader with senior people leadership and C-suite experience across both private and public sectors, within industries including consumer-packaged goods, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, retail and economic development. In her current role as Chief People & Brand Officer at Opportunities New Brunswick (ONB), Carolyn leverages her extensive experience in human resources and communications to foster a dynamic organizational culture that aligns with ONB’s mission of fostering economic and business growth across the province.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Public Relations (BPR) from Mount Saint Vincent University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Ashton College, and a Certificate from the Human Resource Management program at the University of New Brunswick. She has earned nationally recognized designations such as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Accredited in Public Relations (APR), and is a member of the Mount Saint Vincent Alumni Association (MSVAA).
