Kelly Grover

Kelly Grover is the President and CEO of Cystic Fibrosis Canada, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in the charitable, health, and public sectors. Since 2018, she has led the organization through significant transformation, including launching bold strategies, maintaining sustainable revenue through COVID, and helping secure access to a life-changing drug for people with cystic fibrosis. Known for fostering high-performing, mission-driven cultures, Kelly was recognized with the 2025 Waterstone Corporate Culture Award. She previously held senior roles at Ovarian Cancer Canada and holds degrees from Queen’s University.
