Michele is an accomplished HR executive with progressive leadership experience across the HR service continuum. Michele is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Halton Healthcare. Michele has held numerous HR leadership roles with nearly two decades of public sector experience, including 13 years at McMaster University prior to joining Hamilton Health Sciences in 2016. Michele has a consistent track record of leading change, enabling technology, and driving continuous improvement, both within HR and across the organization. She is passionate about leading HR innovation, enabling staff engagement, and fostering partnerships.
