Jordan Crouch
Jordan Crouch is Chief Human Resources Officer at DASCH, a Winnipeg‑based non‑profit that supports people with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful lives in inclusive communities. Leading People & Culture for an organization of more than 650 employees, Jordan grounds her work in a simple belief: when people and purpose come first, performance follows.
At DASCH, Jordan has helped translate mission into everyday action. She modernized people systems and practices by sponsoring the organization’s Human Capital Management system implementation, introducing a blended learning platform that reaches employees across shifts and locations, and aligning job descriptions and recruitment language with people‑first values. Jordan also led the rollout of transparent pay structures and clearer career paths for frontline employees, making growth and expectations easier to understand for every team member.
These changes have delivered measurable results. DASCH has seen significant reductions in overtime and vacancy rates, improved retention, and stronger engagement. Jordan pairs this operational discipline with a culture‑first approach, listening closely to frontline teams, acting on feedback, and communicating with both clarity and care. Her teams describe her leadership as professional, empathetic, and consistent: kindness and accountability in the same breath.
Jordan’s portfolio spans more than HR. She provides executive oversight for digital transformation and IT governance, connecting technology choices to employee experience and service quality. She established simple, practical rhythms for project governance, prioritizing value, risk control, and adoption, so that new tools lead to better decisions and better care.
Committed to inclusion and community impact, Jordan champions practices that make DASCH a place where people can do their best work in service of others. She has advanced policies on emerging topics, including the responsible use of AI, to prepare the organization for the future while protecting dignity and trust in the present.
Recognized as a 2025 Canada’s Most Admired™ Chief People & Culture Officer winner, Jordan credits the honour to the people of DASCH: the teams who show up 24/7, the individuals and families the organization supports, and the partners who help make inclusive communities possible.
Jordan holds the CPHR designation and completed the Advanced Program in Management, Leadership & Strategy at the Asper School of Business. She previously served as Board President for Steps2Work and continues to mentor emerging leaders across the social‑impact sector. Above all, Jordan is driven by a clear purpose, to build a workplace where people thrive, so the communities they serve can thrive too.
