Laura Iantorno
Laura Iantorno brings 26 years of distinguished experience in the technology sector to her role as Chief of Staff & Strategy Officer at KUBRA, a position she was promoted into in 2024 after most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Since joining KUBRA, Laura has played a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and management practices across the organization, partnering closely with officers and senior leaders to drive growth and develop high-impact performance strategies.
In June 2026, KUBRA was acquired by REPAY, and Laura has since played a key role in supporting the integration, continuing in her position as Chief of Staff and reporting directly to the President of the KUBRA Business Unit, with her strategic and operational focus extending across KUBRA as a business unit and REPAY.
Drawing on her extensive executive-level experience in technology, Laura leads the development of world-class programs across the company. Her deep knowledge of business operations, paired with an agile approach to solving complex challenges, positions her to guide the organization through periods of transformation and growth.
In her current role, Laura partners with the Senior Leadership Team to drive organizational change, applying her strategic acumen to shape initiatives that strengthen systems, policies, processes, and infrastructure in support of the business’s evolving needs. Her focus on cross-departmental alignment, combined with her commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, makes her an essential leader within the organization.
Outside her professional role, Laura is active in several volunteer initiatives and professional networks. She has served on the Board of Governors for the Most Admired Corporate Cultures Award since 2019 and is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), and ROOM- A Women’s Network Association, holding both the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designations.
