As President and Managing Partner at Level5 Strategy, a leading boutique strategy consulting firm, he leverages strong cross-functional business acumen across industries to help organizations achieve meaningful outcomes.

With more than 25 years of experience in transformation, innovation, consulting, and technology leadership, Michael combines strategic insight with real-world pragmatism. Prior to Level5, he co-founded and led two technology companies, MyThum and Kahuso, through successful exits, before joining a global management consulting firm where he played a lead innovation role in the mid-market practice.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, whether that’s at the cottage, on the golf course, on the water, or on the slopes.
