Robert Bosccacci is the Chief Executive Officer of HME Medical Distribution Ltd., one of Western Canada’s leading distributors of complex rehabilitation technology, pediatric mobility solutions, medical equipment distribution, and healthcare support services. Since co-founding HME in 2012, Robert has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and transformation, helping expand its national footprint, service offerings, and industry partnerships while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

A chartered accountant by training, with former experience with E&Y, Robert has transferred that knowledge to HME’s leadership, business strategy, and organizational development, Robert has successfully led initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes, enhancing access to care, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, manufacturers, government agencies, and community partners. Under his leadership, Robert has led the expansion into Respiratory products with Class III CPAP distribution across Canada.

Robert is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, employee development, and service excellence. He is passionate about advancing healthcare accessibility and ensuring individuals of all ages can access the equipment and support they need to live safely and independently.
