Ania Cox

Ania Cox is the SVP, People and Culture for Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union, where she is accountable for the overall People and Culture strategy.    As a member of the Executive Leadership team, Ania implements innovative HR and Organizational Effectiveness programs to maximize performance, drive employee engagement, improve team and leadership effectiveness, and align talent with organizational needs.  She brings a motivated, creative and strategic mind set, combined with deep organizational effectiveness expertise, resulting in HR strategies that get results.    Ania’s extensive experience in global human resource management includes progressively senior HR leadership roles in Europe and the Asia Pacific Region.

Ania holds a Bachelor of Science from York University, and a Masters of Organizational Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
