Anna Grolle

Anna Grolle is Chief Corporate Officer at Cactus Club Cafe, where she is a driving force in developing the
restaurant brand’s competitive advantages.

With 27 years at the company, she continues to play an integral role in shaping the company’s
successful growth. With a resume full of several cross departmental roles within the business, Anna has
held executive level positions in Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Operations prior to stepping
into her current role on Cactus Club’s C-Suite.

With an undeniable passion for people, it’s not surprising that mentoring and developing the future
leaders of the company, and watching the team around her advance in their careers, is what makes her
excited to come to work each and every day.

Welcoming employees into a space that inspires and fulfills them is a great source of pride for Anna,
who knows that this is vital to the success of the business. Creating this type of an environment is a

Anna is a University of British Columbia alumni, and has her Certified Professional Accountant (CPA). She
has also attended the executive education program at Harvard Business School.
Grolle is a strong business leader, a self-proclaimed soccer mom and proud wife who lives in
Tsawwassen, British Columbia where she can be found spending time with her family, or on the golf
course perfecting her long game.
