Heather Claridge has over 25 years of experience aligning people, systems and strategy to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences and achieve business results. She is currently the Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Nicola Wealth.

As a Human Resources Executive and Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Heather has deep expertise related to growing and transforming organizations with a focus on entrepreneurial organizations. Throughout her career, Heather has focused on the alignment of business strategy, culture and brand, change management and human resources strategy development to support business scalability and change. She also acts as a trusted advisor and coach.

Heather holds an MA in Organization Design and Effectiveness and is a Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP).
