Mike Corbett co-founded Jarvis Consulting Group in 2019 after over 20 years of experience in the search and recruitment field, including 10+ years as Chief Executive Officer of CoreHR. Driven by a passion for innovation and diversification, Mike co-created Jarvis to introduce a more equitable and sustainable alternative to traditional hiring models. Originally a purely talent-focused group, Mike grew the Jarvis model to include an incubation program and project-based advisory service, which work in synergy to deliver large-scale solutions. He recognized that in order to bridge the gap between qualified talent and high-impact organizations he needed to create opportunities for these groups to meet and align, and to develop more inclusive, intentional hiring practices for the modern world.
Understanding that the key to any organization’s success is its people, Mike works with executives and senior leaders to build technology strategies that empower organizations to succeed and grow in highly competitive environments. As a coach and mentor, he is proud of the impact Jarvis has made in its communities and in people’s lives. Mike champions Jarvis’ ongoing charitable initiatives, actively supporting local groups such as Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Plan Canada. He enjoys Muay Thai and spending time with his family and cute samoyed.
