Patrick Furlong

Patrick has been with Loblaw for 11 years and has held a variety of roles both in HR Business partnering and in specialized roles within the Loblaw HR Centers of Excellence. Today, as the Senior Director of Talent and Culture, Patrick supports the Loblaw enterprise Talent Management programs, annual employee & owner engagement survey’s and the ongoing culture work which includes Loblaw’s journey to becoming more customer centric. Outside of work, Patrick is the busy parent of 3 children and enjoys spending time with his family.
