Ryan has more than twenty years of executive experience leading teams through complex challenges and transformation. Ryan’s dedication to helping others and constant learning has created the opportunity to work across North America leading significant change projects, including more than twenty merger integrations. As VP, People and Transformation with Inline Group Inc., he is responsible for ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of more than 250 team members and their families. Ryan is known for his energy, passion, adventure and commitment to kindness and compassion. He is an avid traveller, chef, backcountry skier and father of two young sons.
