Sandra is currently the Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Rewards at OpenText, one of Canada’s largest global software companies. She and her team develop talent, learning, people analytics and reward programs in support of OpenText colleagues that span 40 countries. Sandra is an experienced HR and Total Rewards leader with a track record of passionately supporting organization change through fit for purpose Talent and Reward programs. Prior to joining OpenText, Sandra worked as a Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson, leading Sandra led significant Talent and Reward engagements across a wide range of multi-national clients in Canada and the United States. In her role as the North America Rewards Practice Leader, she led and contributed to the firm’s market research including designing intellectual capital related to fair pay and pay transparency. Sandra, currently based in Toronto has lived and worked throughout the United States and Europe. She holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
