Sara Tibshirani

Sara is an experienced HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success through effective people management and process optimization. With over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, she has successfully led and managed teams demonstrating her ability to motivate, develop, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Currently serving as an HR Director at Vention, Sara has worked to build Vention’s HR department from the ground up. She has a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics of building and scaling HR departments and excels at developing effective processes and systems to support organizational growth. Over the last few years, Sara has worked hard to develop a performance-driven culture that puts its people first.
