Valerie Trifler is the Director of Organizational Development at Questrade Financial Group. She is a seasoned professional who has dedicated over 15 years of her career to Questrade. Valerie and her team are responsible for designing and implementing strategies to shape the organization’s culture, talent development, and employee engagement.
