We’re searching for a Controller on behalf of our client, a value based Christian company, headquartered in Mobile, Alabama. This is a technology services provider organization, which is poised to becoming one of the top 20 fastest growing US companies within the next 12 months. If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial role, and 5 years of experience as a Controller in a growing entrepreneurial organization, then this role might be for you.

As Controller, you will lead the finance function and be a strong support to their aggressive growth strategy. You will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, challenging the finance and accounting team necessary to help them grow this exciting, revolutionary, and already-successful business. The controller must be known, first and foremost, for their integrity, ability to deliver financial and business insight, and their focus on value creation.

This is a critical role for the organization as they will oversee the financial operations and have an essential role performing financial planning, optimizing financial processes, reporting and governance. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of financial management principles, experience optimizing financial operations for increased profitability, and passion for leadership. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished, hands-on operations executive who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and is focused on quality and service.
