Nicole Bendaly Joins Waterstone Human Capital to Spearhead Training and Development Expansion
Leadership training and development is a cornerstone in high performance cultures. At Waterstone, we have been inspiring organizations to build high performance cultures and drive peak performance through our exclusive Building High Performance Teams and Cultures training program for more than three years. But the training and development needs of high-performance organizations continue to grow – there has never been a greater need for organizations to focus on building the skills and knowledge of their leadership and aligning these further into their organizations.
To help meet that need, we are excited to announce that Waterstone is committing to a significant expansion of our leadership training and development program. Leadership development expert Nicole Bendaly will be joining the Waterstone team in the role of Executive Director, with a mandate to grow and expand Waterstone’s leadership training and development business. Nicole will lead the newly branded Waterstone Culture Institute, which will combine an expanded series of programming in leadership and team training and development with an exciting new licensed culture operating platform designed to help the learning and development community use culture to drive competitive advantage.
Also, under Nicole’s leadership, Waterstone will enter a strategic partnership with K&Co to enable Waterstone’s clients to access a broader offering of products and services to help them build high performance teams and cultures.
We could not ask for a better leader for this important area of our organization. For over 20 years, Nicole has been the president of K&Co where she has been focused on helping leaders and team members at all levels of the corporate and healthcare world weed out apathy to amplify the best in themselves by focusing on the universal behaviors and practices that most impact team performance. Nicole is a thought leader, author, dynamic speaker, and a respected leader on team and organization development and performance. She is a regular contributor to Forbes Magazine, and the host of a leading Internet Radio Talk Show / Podcast called Leading on Purpose.
We’re excited about the many ways Nicole and her team will be building out our leadership and team development training, assessment and advisory services, and we’re looking forward to offering a broader range of relevant training tools and programs for our clients today and into the future.
