Waterstone Human Capital continues to grow U.S. presence with acquisition of Spectrum Recruiting Solutions

Waterstone Human Capital, North America’s leading culture-driven executive search and leadership advisory firm, announced the acquisition of Spectrum Recruiting Solutions, a U.S.-based professional recruitment firm specializing in Manufacturing and Engineering industries. The acquisition continues Waterstone’s expansion and reinforces its commitment to delivering culture-focused talent solutions across North America.

This is the third significant acquisition that Waterstone has made in the last three years in the United States as it began with the 2022 acquisition of DRiWaterstone Human Capital in Arlington, Virgina, followed by the acquisition of Hire Integrated in Salt Lake City in 2025.

Tina brings a longstanding career in talent acquisition, leading with equal parts vision, grit, and humanity.
