Claudia Dumitru joined Waterstone Human Capital in 2022 as Principal, Executive Search. In this role, Claudia works to support clients in their search efforts, identifying candidates who possess the key behaviours that drive success within the client’s organization to help fill roles with top talent who can drive the organization and its culture forward.

Claudia is a qualified lawyer and an experienced executive search professional, with over 10 years of international experience in fast growing, dynamic markets across Europe, Asia and most recently, North America. She has successfully scaled various practices and helped set up new lines of business for global recruitment firms. Claudia has proven track-record providing complete talent solutions, focusing on building strong business relationships and being a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
