Darlene Minatel
Darlene Minatel is an executive sales and operational leader whose career has been defined by20+ years of building, scaling, and improving multi-site sales operations that drive revenue growth for a multinational corporation. Throughout her career at ManpowerGroup, the leading global workforce solutions company, she has transformed market standings, amplified brand visibility, and fostered long-term partnerships that enabled the delivery of exceptional client service.
Darlene joined ManpowerGroup in 1997 and quickly grew through several promotions until she became the VP of US Enterprise Sales in 2005. For the next eight years Darlene led a team of 90+ sales professional across the US to magnify business growth by over 10% YoY and spearhead new client acquisition strategies that drove continued market growth. From 2013 to 2016 Darlene was the Manpower Brand Leader for all of Canada, uniting a nationwide team of 100 employees to significantly outpace market competition with consistent, double-digit revenue growth YoY.
Darlene served as the Country Manager for ManpowerGroup’s Canadian division from 2016 to 2025, where she controlled operations for all ManpowerGroup brands across Canada. While directing 250 employees to retain and improve services for 2K clients nationwide, Darlene executed sales strategy and execution, operational excellence, and productivity initiatives that revitalized the Canadian sales function. Her major wins include growing Canada to rank #2 in profitability across 83 countries, increasing Canadian market share to 5th from 11th in four years, magnifying revenue approx. 20% YoY between 2021 and 2025, and doubling revenue YoY for the Experis IT brand to rank as one of the top IT suppliers within the Canadian federal government.
Throughout all her roles Darlene has been valued as a trusting, knowledgeable, and growth-driven leader. She has consistently earned the highest eNPS scores as a leader throughout ManpowerGroup and is known for curating a high-performance culture across all business areas. Darlene is passionate about identifying, developing, and mentoring individuals to deliver excellence in rapidly evolving markets and prepare to become future business leaders.
Outside of her work at ManpowerGroup, Darlene served as a National Board Member for the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS) from 2016 to 2024, and the President of the organization from 2024 to 2025. She attended the Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and currently resides in Bolton.
