Emily Rushton is the President and Managing Director of Waterstone Human Capital USA. She was previously the Founder and CEO of Hire Integrated, one of Utah’s most dynamic recruiting firms, which was acquired by Waterstone in 2025.

She began her career at Robert Half, where she earned national recognition as a Chairman’s Club honoree, before moving into entrepreneurship with SEARCH Group Partners and later serving as Executive Vice President and minority owner at PrincePerelson & Associates. These experiences shaped her belief that recruiting is not just about filling roles, it’s about storytelling and helping candidates author their own career journeys. Over the years, Emily has partnered with anchor accounts including Goldman Sachs, Netflix, Morgan Stanley, Henkel Consumer Goods, Trucordia, and Sutter Health.

Today, she continues to work with organizations to showcase their workplace cultures and attract top talent. Emily has been recognized by Utah Business as HR Innovator of the Year (2024) and as one of Utah’s Forty Under 40. She also serves on the NACD Sponsor Advisory Council, the American Heart Association Utah Executive Leadership Team Board, and the fundraising committee for A Bolder Way Forward.
