Kim Gheloufi joined Waterstone Human Capital as the Director of Finance and Corporate Services in 2018. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day, full cycle accounting functions and operational processes of the organization.

Prior to joining Waterstone, Kim spent more than a decade at Acc Sys Inc. (now Bookkeepa Inc.) where she managed the bookkeeping, audit and accounting services needs of more than a dozen clients across a variety of industries, including executive search, engineering, investment services, retail, dental, and manufacturing. In addition to managing a team of accounting experts working on key accounts, she supported the hiring and on-boarding of new staff as part of the firm’s expansion and rebranding.  Kim began her career as an Accountants’ Assistant with Draganjac, Pressman C.A., where she participated in fiscal year-end completions, and both personal and corporate income tax preparation services.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University. She lives in Toronto’s west end and is a passionate movie fan who takes time off to work at the Toronto International Film Festival every Fall.
