As Consultant, Executive Search, you’ll join a project-by-project based assignment team consisting of a partner, one or more associates and a Client Services Associate. As a team, you’ll follow our industry-leading Culturepreneur executive recruitment system – it’s deadline-driven and pushes us to hit key milestones together. As an accomplished executive search practitioner, you will also have the ability to execute your own projects and develop superior candidates by leading the entire search process. 

The successful candidate will: have significant success working inside the recruitment agency world – ideally in retained search; have hands-on experience managing searches from start to finish; be able to apply creativity and innovation in developing search-related solutions to difficult engagements; have strong competency in conducting presentations at an executive level; and outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
