We’re on the search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf our client, a leading service provider organization. If you have deep understanding of creating long-term financial strategies, proficient in financial modelling, and strong ability to identify financial risks in acquisitions and property investments, then this could be the role for you.

The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, valuation and ROI analysis, risk management, budget and resource optimization, and leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. They will provide visionary financial leadership, collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team, and oversee post-acquisition integration and team development.

They will manage property acquisition and investment, optimize facilities, and leverage financing for acquisitions. They will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, develop scalable financial systems, and use data-driven decision-making to inform strategic choices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in process optimization to support the firm’s growth and operational efficiency.
