Chief Operating Officer

We’re partnering with a well-established, Ontario-based provider of non-emergency medical transportation services to find their next Chief Operating Officer.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for a growth-oriented, commercially and operationally driven executive to join a second-generation, family-led business at a defining stage of its evolution. Having grown significantly in recent years, the company is now focused on doubling revenue over the next three to four years — and is seeking a trusted senior leader to help build the structure, team, and operating model required to get there.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of scaling a mid-market business through meaningful growth, with experience in service-based, logistics, healthcare transportation, multi-site, or similarly operationally complex environments. This leader will partner closely with the ownership group to drive strategic and commercial growth, build a high-performing leadership team, strengthen operational discipline, and help define the culture and long-term value of the organization. This role is based onsite in Pickering, ON.
