We’re on the search for an Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on behalf our client, a fast-growing construction firm. If you have 10+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role driving sales and business development, ideally in infrastructure construction, real estate, or a related industry, then this could be the role for you.
The CRO will be a critical member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving the company’s revenue by spearheading sales, business development, and client relationship strategies. This role will focus on capturing high-value contracts, expanding into new markets, and building a revenue engine—double the industry norm.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue in construction or a related industry, exceptional market insight, and the ability to partner seamlessly with the Chief Financial and Corporate Services Officer (CFO) and operational leadership team to align growth with profitability and execution.
