We’re on the search for a Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to join our Waterstone Culture Institute. If you have proven experience in organizational development, culture change management, and a strong understanding of organizational culture dynamics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, this could be the role for you.
The Waterstone Culture Institute fulfills Waterstone Human Capital’s purpose of inspiring organizations to build high performance cultures. As an OD consultant, you will be responsible for assisting organizations across North America in developing high performance teams and cultures.
You will work closely with our Managing Director to help expand the Waterstone Culture Institute, assess organizational culture, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to help our client organizations perform at their best. The role involves conducting assessments, providing recommendations, designing training programs, and facilitating workshops to promote cultural awareness and alignment with organizational values.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights; experience designing and delivering training programs and workshops; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders; and strong project management and organizational skills. Certification in relevant areas such as cultural competence, assessment certification, change management, or leadership development is a plus.
