Executive Director
Greater Toronto Area – Remote
We are recruiting for an Executive Director on behalf of our client, a global leading charitable organization. The ideal candidate will possess 8-12 years of progressive experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with operational and team management responsibilities.
The Executive Director will leverage their extensive leadership and non-profit management expertise to oversee core organizational resources and operations, thereby enhancing impact across strategic priorities, fostering productive internal and external relationships, and leading fund raising & partnership efforts.
As an integral member of a dynamic, remote-first collaborative team, the Executive Director will demonstrate senior-level leadership capabilities with both strategic and executional responsibilities. They should exhibit an ability to work collaboratively, leading a team at both hands-on and high-level relationship capacities.
