Director, Product Engineering

We’re on the search for a Director, Product Engineering on behalf our client, a globally recognized leader in the commercial water feature industry. If you have 10+ years’ experience in Product Engineering in a manufacturing environment, and 5+ years’ experience working in an engineered-to-order and custom product manufacturing environment, then this could be the role for you.

The Product Engineering Manager is responsible for the proactive management of the company’s teams and processes from sales forecast to post commissioning and warranty. This role involves leading high-performing engineering teams with a continuous improvement culture, developing strategies for highly reliable product designs for new and custom products, and continuously reducing the cost and complexity of products and systems.

The successful candidate has strong planning and organizational skills, and an ability to develop key metrics for engineering and disciplined focus on maintaining KPI data.
