We’re on the search for an Engineering Leader, on behalf of our client, who are a leading machining and manufacturing operator in South-West Ontario. If you have 10+ years in design and engineering in a metal manufacturing, fabrication, and machining capacity, this could be the role for you.

The focus in this position would be to lead a group of engineers across multiple facilities & take charge on pressure vessel component design & development while fluent in related ASME codes.

The incumbent will play a crucial role in leading, coaching, and managing the team and its success. They will decide the division’s strategic direction and set clear goals and objectives for a team of 10+ engineers.

The successful candidate will require a comprehensive understanding of custom machining and fabrication work, ensuring accurate project assessments and successful execution of complex projects. This position will be both strategic and hands-on and will have an opportunity to make a big impact to the success of the organization.
