Head of Estimating

We’re on the search for a Head of Estimating on behalf our client, a fast-growing construction firm. If you have 8+ years of progressive estimating experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing complex, multi-million-dollar projects, then this could be the role for you.

The Head of Estimating will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role will oversee all estimating activities, collaborate with sales and operational teams, and ensure estimates support the CEO’s efforts to capture $100M+ flagship contracts, penetrate niche markets, and expand into new regions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced estimator with a deep understanding of construction costs across heavy civil, industrial and/or transportation, a strategic mindset, and the ability to contribute to revenue growth through winning bids.
