This interactive four-session certification training is designed to help you:
- Learn how to effectively use assessments to improve workplace communication, employee/team performance, job satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Improve your employee recruitment and retention processes through hiring for “job fit.”
- Learn what motivates people to do what they do and how to recognize and reward individuals for greater success.
- Develop an understanding of why it makes sense to align personal strengths with the demands of a job, and how to identify ‘hidden talents’ within team.
Your registration fee includes all materials, access to e-learning modules, a Behaviours (DISC) and Driving Forces manual, your final exams, and two complimentary assessments for family or friends to allow you to practice your skills and refine your knowledge.
